Here we are, almost halfway into June, and I realize that I’m totally out of the loop on the blog front. So, I think that it’d only be appropriate to get my head out of my ass and get blogging!

So, May came and went way too quickly. I went to New Yory City, my first time as a grown adult. It was an interesting trip. More specifics about that later. Even though I did have fun, I did feel kinda lonely out there. I like to travel, but don’t travel as much as I’d really like to do. I realized after my NYC trip that travelling is not as much fun when travelling by myself. It bothered me that I didn’t have anyone to share memories of the trip with…i’d love to eventually have a partner to travel everywhere with. Nonetheless, I had fun.

Next up on the travel front is a return to one of my favorite places to visit, Albuquerque. My best friend Jessica is finally getting married on August 18th. I’m very excited and happy for her that she found a wonderful guy. I hope that I catch the bridal bouquet. LOL. That might bring me some good luck. I can’t wait for her wedding. It’ll be a blast for sure.

Pride weekend is also coming here soon. I’m looking forward to it, but at the same time, I’m not quite looking forward to the prospect of being single for another Pride. We’ll see what happens.

The plan is to post some photos of my trip to NYC as well as some photos from when I ventured over to Seattle Art Museum’s new Olympic Sculpture Garden. I’m also planning on moving either August 1 or September 1. So, stay tuned.
